Hi, I'm Kady Fleckenstein,
Associate Marriage Family Therapist* (#136799) and a local Santa Ynez Valley resident. With over twenty years of executive experience in marketing and communications, I earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in September 2022. Currently I am accepting California clients ages 10 and older for virtual (telehealth) appointments or in-person appointments in Solvang, California. I utilize an integrated, systemic approach to therapy with an emphasis on treating couples and families in addition to adults and adolescents. Keep reading below to learn more.

My Story
Like many, the pandemic was the catalyst I needed to make a big change in my life. After more than two decades as a business owner and professional, I decided to switch careers in order to help others. Many Santa Ynez Valley residents struggle to find mental health care due to high demand for services and few clinicians in the area. My goal is to help local families, couples, adults and adolescents find tangible tools for change.

Staying up-to-date with the latest research is important to me. I utilize tools that help reduce painful symptoms (mental, emotional and even physical) and lead to effective change. Healing comes when we learn to integrate our mind and body and make connections with others in a deeper, meaningful way. Together we will create a plan for growth and improved health for a better tomorrow.
