Important Notice to Clients and Prospective Clients:

According to legal requirements, healthcare providers are obligated to furnish clients who do not possess insurance or do not intend to use insurance with an approximation of anticipated expenses for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You retain the entitlement to obtain a Good Faith Estimate, which outlines the total anticipated expenses for all non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You are encouraged to request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider or any other chosen provider prior to scheduling a service, or at any point during your course of treatment.

In the event that you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by at least $400, you have the right to contest the bill. It is imperative to retain a copy or take a photograph of your Good Faith Estimate for reference.

If you have any inquiries or require further information regarding your entitlement to a Good Faith Estimate or the procedure for disputing a bill, please refer to your Estimate or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
